Newsletter: Current & Archives

Here is the newer location for the Sturt Table Tennis Club Newsletter. To the right are the archived back-issues, also attached to this new website.

Previous & Archived Newsletters

The idea of producing a newsletter for a sporting organisation goes all the way back to the first Greek olympics - pamphlets were handed out giving a vague idea of the events to come. They were more of an advert, but paved the way for the modern newsletter.

The Sturt Table Tennis Club has not been producing a newsletter since the olympics, but Table Tennis is now a recognised sport at the olympics! Our archives are relatively only recent.

In the right column are simplified versions of the newsletters produced over the last five years. It also includes changes to the rules of Table Tennis, and the amended rules for playing.

Contributions

Contributions to be sent to sturt@sttc.org.au. We welcome all contributions, including:

• humor suitable for children;
• stories of events attended, fought, or spectacle-to; or
• last minute changes to the program!
